I hit my car because of the bad weather. I had no idea where to fix my car until I searched yelp and found Pro Speed which was close to where I worked. Thanks the manager Dot for taking care of everything for me like insurance part and the car returned to me like new again.

I’m doing this in order to appreciate Dot’s help. Last week, I parked my car in front of my friend’s house near Mission Street. When I heard a sound, I came out and took a look. OH MY GOD!!!!!! It was my car. The guy was seriously drunk. He hit my car and ran immediately. I was trying to catch him but didn’t get him finally. Because of that, I had to fix my car out of my pocket. Man, the left side of my car’s body was all damaged. The damage could be seen clearly especially in black color. I was quite frustrated because my car was hit and I had to pay by myself. Fortunately, I found Dot and could seek for help from him. He helped me estimate the price first and figure out the best way to fix my car by explaining to me all the details. How nice Dot was!!! He could return my car on the date he promised. I was very impressed by his employees’ work. My car was returned to me like new and I paid less than I usually did to other auto shops.

Pro Speed is a CAN DO outfit. Wing and Dot quickly did two recent fixes on my older model Toyota 4Runner which I had trouble getting done elsewhere. First, my old tow hitch was rusted out and they helped me find and order a replacement online and then installed it after some bolting modification work. Second, my Toyota service department couldn’t seem how to repair or find parts for my broken headlight assembly (needed to pass CA lamp inspection). They pulled back the grill, adjusted the bumper and glued the broken part together so that the light adjustment screws work again without the headlight wobbling. Both jobs were done with polite and customer-friendly professionalism and for a very reasonable price. Their focus was on getting the job done to customer satisfaction, addressing the issue promptly and keeping me informed. I highly recommend this company for auto body work!
